• Details: No purchase or payment necessary to enter the Video Game Downloads and Players Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is sponsored by NetCent Communications, 74 MacDermott Drive, Ajax ON, L1T 3T9, CANADA.

• Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada, 18yrs of age and over, except where prohibited by law. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question if selected as the winner in order to remain eligible for the prize. Employees of NetCent Communications, Contest and Sweepstakes sponsors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to win. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

• Odds and Notification: All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winner's name will be posted on the contest winners page following their notification and acceptance of the prize, per the winner responsibilities listed below.

• Entering: The Video Game Downloads and Players Sweepstakes starts on 2008/03/24 and ends on 2008/12/31 at 11:59:59 pm EST. Only one (1) entry shall be accepted per person, per household, per day. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly. Entries submitted via scripts and unauthorized submission services will be rejected and result in the disqualification of the entrant from the sweepstakes.
  • Bonus Entries Through Referrals: From time to time, sweepstakes sponsor may provide individuals with the opportunity to earn bonus entries by using personalized links that can be used to refer 3rd parties to the sweepstakes entry form. For each new referred user that successfully enters the sweepstakes, the referring entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry. When available, personalized referral links can be requested by registering for free with the NCBuy Members Center.

  • Use Of Referral Links (a) Referral links may only be posted on a Web site or page owned or controlled by the entrant. Links may not be posted to Usenet, message boards or chat rooms. (b) Links may not be sent via unsolicited email. (c) Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in the entrant's disqualification from the sweepstakes.

  • Bonus Entries Through Subscriptions: Entrants may receive bonus entries by selecting one or more of the email notification topics presented on the entry form. One (1) bonus entry will be earned for each unique subscription notification topic selected, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries over the duration of the sweepstakes period.

• Drawing: Winner will be determined by random drawing, to be held on or around 2009/01/05 from all eligible entries received.

• Winner Responsibilities: Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize. NetCent Communications is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Upon acceptance, winner will be awarded a $2000.00 (USD) grand prize by NetCent Communications.

• Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions: NetCent Communications is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted computer, phone line, hardware, or software connections and transmissions, for miscommunications, or for other electronic failures, malfunctions or errors.
