Official Game Players Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations

Details: No purchase or payment necessary to enter the Game Players Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is sponsored by NetCent Communications, 74 MacDermott Drive, Ajax ON, L1T 3T9, CANADA.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all site visitors ("entrants"), eighteen (18) years of age and over at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question if selected as the winner in order to remain eligible for the prize. Employees of NetCent Communications, sweepstakes sponsors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to win. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
Odds and Notification: All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winner's name will be posted on the NCBuy.com Winners Page following their notification and acceptance of the prize, per the winner responsibilities and obligations contained herein.
Entering: The Game Players Sweepstakes starts on 2009/04/01 and ends on 2009/12/31 at 11:59:59 pm EST (the "entry period"). Only one (1) "standard sweepstakes entry" shall be accepted per person, per household, per day. For an entry to be deemed valid, the entrant must answer all questions on the entry form, with all contact and demographic questions answered correctly. Entries submitted via automated scripts and submission services will be rejected and result in the disqualification of the entrant from the sweepstakes. A standard sweepstakes entry is deemed to be one in which the entrant uses a Web browser of their choosing to visit the sweepstakes entry page, completes the fields requested, and successfully submits the form (entry) for processing.
- Bonus Entries: Entrants may register for a free NCBuy Members Center Account (the "account holder") to receive customized link code ("referral links") that can be used to refer third parties to the sweepstakes entry form. For each unique third party that successfully enters the sweepstakes through the referral links provided and meets the eligibility requirements contained herein, the account holder associated with the referral link will receive one (1) bonus entry to the sweepstakes.
- Bonus Entry Restrictions: The account holder may not use the referral link as a means to refer themselves for the purpose of earning a bonus entry. Only one (1) bonus entry will be awarded for each unique third party referred, regardless of the number of times that the third party enters the sweepstakes during the eligible period. Additionally, a bonus entry will only be awarded to the account holder if the third party has not already entered the sweepstakes prior to using the referral link. In the event that the account holder uses the referral link assigned to them to enter, only the standard sweepstakes entry will be counted - no bonus entry will be earned.
- Use of Referral Links (a) On Web Sites: Referral links may only be posted on a Web site or page that is owned or controlled by the entrant, which for the purpose of this agreement shall include the entrant's own profile page on social network sites, such as (but not limited to) MySpace or Facebook. Links may not be posted to Usenet, message boards or chat rooms. (b) By Email: Links may not be sent via unsolicited email. (c) Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in the entrant's disqualification from the sweepstakes.
Drawings and Prize(s): One (1) grand prize of $1,000.00 (USD) will be awarded to one (1) winner, determined by random drawing held on or around 2010/01/06 from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes entry period.
One (1) prize of $100.00 (USD) will be awarded to one (1) winner each month, determined by random drawing held on or around the first business day of each calendar month during the entry period from all eligible entries received during the previous calendar month.
Winner Responsibilities: Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize. NetCent Communications is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to have their name, country, state, and city posted on the NCBuy.com Web site without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions: NetCent Communications is not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted computer, phone line, hardware, or software connections and transmissions, for miscommunications, or for other electronic failures, malfunctions or errors.

Prizes are awarded on the condition that NetCent Communications and its affiliates will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance and/or possession of the prizes.
